Banana & Walnut cake

Ingredients
- 8 oz Margarine
- 12 oz Light brown sugar
- 4 Ripe & mashed bananas
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 lb Self-rising flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 6 oz Chopped walnuts
- 4 tbsp Milk
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and line two 2 x 2lb loaf tins with baking paper.
- Cream together the butter and the sugar.
- Add in the eggs and mix well.
- Again, add the banana and mix well.
- Lastly, add all the other ingredients into the bowl and mix well.
- Place the mixture in the loaf tins and cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Ensure the cake is cooked until it is golden brown and firm to the touch.
