Rudolph Pancakes

Ingredients

 

·      100g self-raising flour

·      30g caster sugar

·      1 egg, beaten (Ellis Eggs of course)

·      Splash of milk, as needed

·      Your favourite toppings: fruit, chocolate spread, nuts, maple syrup, icing sugar

 

Method

 

1.     Preheat the pan, to medium heat for your stove.

2.     Mix the dry ingredients, the flour and the sugar, together in a bowl.

3.     Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and mix in the egg, with a small about of milk.

4.     Depending on the consistency add enough milk as needed to create a PVA glue-like consistency

5.     Pour the mixture into the pan, in the shape of anything you like.

6.     When bubbles form on the top of the pancakes, they are ready to be flipped.

7.     Cook on the opposite side for 2 minutes further and remove from the heat.

8.     Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
