Sultana & walnut cake

8oz sultanas
4oz margarine 6oz castor sugar 2 eggs (Ellis Eggs of course!) Few drops almond essence 6oz s r flour Pinch salt 2oz chopped walnuts Soak sultanas in boiling water for 30 minutes Drain off water add the margarine and sugar and mix then add remaining ingredients Bake at 160 check after 40 minutes until firm to the touch
